In 2006, Damm's Master Brewers together with the Gluten unit of the CSIC (Spanish Upper Council for Scientific Research) pioneered the development of a celiac-friendly, full-flavored beer. Since then, Daura has been recognized by prestigious internationals competitions as the world’s most award-winning crafted to remove gluten beer.
