Commercial description

Tasting Note:
The Ohiti Estate Cabernet Sauvignon from Brookfields sunny Hawkes Bay is dark in colour and shows ripe cassis and blackberry with a background of French and Ameican Oak. Dark berry aromatics, rich, ripe fruit flavours, gentle, persistent tannins and lingering savoury finish.

Cellaring:
Drinking now and will age for another 5-6 years.

Food Pairing:
A rib-eye steak - served medium-rare with Dijon mustard...
