The domaine Camille & Laurent Schaller is located in the village of Préhy the heart of Chablis vineyards. Laurent and his son Camille are one of the rising star producers of the region, they practice organic viticulture, their average vine age is 40 years, and yields are low. 

Their entry-point Chablis is classic. Fresh and finely textured, it offers up a beautiful bouquet of white flowers, pear, green apple, and wet stone. While quite rich on the palate, the acidity counterbalances that effortlessly. Great Chablis for the money!
