This 13-year-old single Malt Scotch whiskey, has a bold and strong character from the distillation. Oodles of dynamic fruit notes with a typical smoke current flowing in the middle. Apple orchards in bloom, slightly meaty, burnt popcorn, treacle tart. Crisp notes of apples and pears with an aromatic floral finish. The smoked-meat notes gently fade, along with a hint of spent match.
