WINEMAKER NOTES

Aged in 50% tank and 50% in 228Lt cask, this Bourgogne rouge is bright and juicy. Palate is earthy with hints of Bing cherry, plum skin and crushed herbs. Tannins are smooth in the long finish. Perfect with a roast chicken, pork or grilled salmon.
