Hennessy V.S.O.P (Very Superior Old Pale) was blended for a prince and it is still beautifully rounded today. It has a complex aromatic balance with suppleness, depth and persistence. The product of agradual blend of about 60 eaux-de-vie taken from,the four first growing areas in the Cognac region, V.S.O.P is slowly matured in old barrels from which most of the tannin has been extracted.
