Triple distilled and matured exclusively in first fill ex-Bourbon casks. Only 6,000 bottles are produced each year. On the nose, it has sweet spicy notes of vanilla, cinnamon and clove balanced with apple and pear fruit and some charred wood and freshly cut hay. Smooth and full-bodied. on the pallet. Sweet vanilla and black peppercorns with a fresh citrus fruit and subtle grassy notes. A barley and oak finish with a touch of creamy dairy fudge and dark chocolate adds to the complexity.
