Aromas of vanilla, pecan and hazelnut. On the palate, it's creamy with an abundance of stone fruit and toasty oak spices. There's also a hint of rock salt, giving it a savoury edge, and making it the perfect match for fine New Zealand cuisine like crayfish (koura), or a creamy risotto.  

Hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed, and fermented in French Oak barrels, this elegant Martinborough Chardonnay is delicious now, but is crafted to improve in cool cellar conditions until 2030 and beyond.
