The name means “Little Peacock” and wow does this wonderful red strut its stuff! Selected from choice vineyards in the Sonoma Coast, Santa Rita Hills, Anderson Valley, Santa Lucia Highlands, and Carneros regions. Majorly over performs for the dollars, buy it by the case!
WINEMAKING :: Primary fermentation in open top tanks with some stem inclusion. Malolactic and aging in a combination of stainless steel tank (80%) & French oak barrels (20%) for 10 months.

 

TASTING NOTES :: Pure Pinot Noir bursting with ripe red fruits and a subtle savory spice/tea accent. Cherry, raspberry and cranberry flavors make this one totally gulpable.
