A salmon-hued color in the glass with anelegant mousse. The aromas show raspberry notes, plus rose petals and wild herbs. On the palate, this elevated Champagne offers a bright and textured mouthfeel full of red fruit flavors and a hint of mint, plus chalky mineral undertones which lead to a long finish.
