The Acamas de Sancerre dominates the Loire Valley at an altitude of 312 meters. Renamed Domaine du Piton in 2020 and following the acquisition By Oddo Vins et Domaines and Pascal Jolivet, the former Domiane Planchon is an estate of exception. One of the few in the heart of the medievalvillage of Sancerre since 1715. The 7 Hectares of the estate are located on a rocky peak mainly composed of limestone and flint.
This wine is on the lighter side, dry with some acidity. Hints of citrus, vanilla and a nutty note, make this a perfect wine to pair with Oysters
